Can from Beerdome. Hazy golden with a white head. Aroma is sweet, malty, heavy coconut and pineapple. Flavor is quite sweet and light bitter. Dry and light bitter finish. 070623

Amarillenta pajiza con espuma blanca de buena formación inicial pero poco duradera. Aroma tropical con notas a frutos con hueso. Sabor suave con leve amargor, leves notas a mango y piña, también un poco de albaricoque. Final sedoso con cuerpo medio.

La cereza es amarillenta, bastante turbia con mínima espuma blanca muy efímera. El aroma tiene notas intensas a frutas tropicales, principalmente piña y se deja algo entrever algo de mandarina. El sabor es ligeramente dulce, con notas tropicales igualmente y notas muy intensas a paraguaya. Final amargo, sedosa, densa, con cuerpo y de trago largo. Algo seca.

Dechiffrering av forholdsvis pålitelige notater fra en hyggelig kveld i utsøkt selskap med Jæren Fråholdslag, Bryne 29.04.23: nå en 0,44 boks innkjøpt i Frigliana. Uklar blekgul med fint skum som varer. Overmoden ananas, kokos og besk citrus. Det legger seg et belegg av kokos på tennene, og jeg angrer på at jeg hadde denne med i bagasjen fra Spania. Nilsas lot det meste gå ut vinduet, jeg tvang i meg det jeg greide og Kjetil så overså at jeg helte resten diskret i blomsterpotten. Han var bare sjeleglad for at han slapp å drikke det hele alene.

440ml. can. @home, 19/04/2023 [#6.070 Global - #1.290 Spain - #1 Cerveza Dos Dingos (My Spanish brewery #288)] Pours hazy yellow with a white head. Mostly lacing. Lots of floaters. Disgusting. Aroma: loaded with peach, mango and bubblegum. Taste: tangerine and peach all the way.. acidic and citrusy mouthfeel. Not my thing. Next one please!

Can. Color: Very hazy orange, white head. Aroma: Sweetish, sweet stone fruit, coconut, floral. Taste: Again sweetish and floral, lots of coconut, some fruity stone fruit and some citrus fruit. Smooth. Cookies, dough, vanilla, honey, caramel notes. Malty with hoppy backbone. No typical NEDIPA as I expected. Much sweeter and more malty. So, I did not know what Alfalores are... It seems that these are traditional South American / South European .cookies made of flour, honey, and nuts filled with Dulce de leche. Now I understand that typical taste... Well, how to rate this beer? It's interesting. It's complex. It's unique (for me, at least). But to be honest, it's just not my taste... Sorry, Cerveza bDos Dingos. Overall Bonus point for the unique combination though.
