Suite à cette formation et une campagne de Crowfundig réussie, leur projet de créer une nano brasserie a pu voir le jour.
Cette nanobrasserie se veut innovante et locale avec comme mot d'odre la découverte, en proposant des recettes osées, qualitatives et pointues aux consommateurs amateurs ou aguéris.
Doté d'une identité visuelle moderne, cette nanobrasserie liégeoise proposera prochainement un panel offrant une diversité afin de satsifaire les différentes affinités de chacun. L'idée est de proposer une gamme permanente mais également des éditions limitées.
L'équipe utilise actuellement les installations de la Brasserie Minne avec, à terme, l'ambition de développer leurs propres installations.

Hazy dull blond colour with fluffy head. Nice aroma of grassy leafy fresh hop. Soft mouthfeel with fine carbonation. Some citrus pith, sweet green grapes.

Clear (eh? It’s supposed to be hazy?) blond yellow beer, small creamy off-white to yellow head, little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, juicy, lots of passion fruits, mango, tropical fruits, juicy, a little floral, very nice stuff! MF: soft carbon, medium to light body. Taste: pretty sweet start, very fruity, tropical fruits, juicy, mango, some pineapple, slightly bitter. Aftertaste: tropical fruits, juicy, a bit sweet, mango, pretty bitter, resinous touch, pineapple, very bitter finish, more tropical fruits, good stuff!

Clear orange blond beer, small creamy bit irregular off-white to yellowish head, unstable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: oh my... lovely, very dank, juicy, tropical fruits, hint of vanilla. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: nice, good bitterness, fruity, a bit sweet, tropical fruits, a bit zesty, juicy, lovely stuff! Aftertaste: very fruity, juicy,a little bitter, some vanilla, tropical fruits, white grapes, more bitterness, good stuff!

Pretty cloudy beige blond beer, creamy dense off-white head, little stable, falls down quickly, a bit adhesive, leaving a nice lacing in the glass. Aroma: fruity, lots of citrus, juicy, zesty, tropical fruits, a little dank, mango, papaya, nice stuff! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: pretty bitter, hoppy, resinous, some citrus, a bit dank, marijuana, piny, more bitterness, sweet touch, tropical fruits, grapefruit, mango, grassy notes. Aftertaste: very fruity, lots of oranges, grapefruit, zesty, slightly sweet, peaches, nice one!

Pretty clear (weird, I thought it was gonna be a hazy NEIPA) yellow blond beer, small creamy white head, a little stable, a bit adhesive. Aroma: nice, juicy, tropical fruits, oranges, mango, pineapple, other tropical fruits, very juicy and intense, nice! MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good bitterness up front, piny and resinous, somewhat sweet, tropical fruits, juicy, nice! Aftertaste: bitter, juicy, fruity, tropical fruits, mango, papaya, a bit resinous, orange marmalade, bitter finish, nice one, I love it!
