Tap at Trailside Tap, Ankeny. Hazy gold with a thin ring of foam I kind of expected a POG nose, but then the mango is definitely there, too. Taste is actually fruit-forward, with some gentle lactic tartness right up there. Nice combination that's kind of like orange juice in a mimosa.

Sampled from the tap at the brewery. Pours a cloudy purple red with an off white head that lasts throughout the beer. Aroma has sweet and slightly tart berries with a sweet vanilla note backing. Flavor has vanilla throughout with sweet and tart berries growing through the beer.

Aroma has sweet grains and mango with a growing citrus bite and a touch of papaya. Flavor has sweet grain and citrus with a slight dank tropical fruit note that grows through the finish.
