(Can) Pours opaque yellow amber with small white head. Lovely aroma of tropical fruit. With notes of pine. Full bodied, smooth and juicy with fine soft carbonation. Great taste. Fruity tangy start that steadily develops a nice hoppy bitterness. Subtle biscuit malt in background. Maybe some alcohol burn mixing in with the hop bitterness in the finish. Very nice.

(Can) Pours hazy maroon red with tiny white head. Good aroma with pineapple m berries and a bit of barnyard. Smooth, medium body with modest fine carbonation giving a velvety mouthfeel. Taste is pleasantly tart with blackcurrants and pineapple. There’s some earthier notes too. Very good.

Can with and courtesy of Grumbo. Aroma of ginger biscuit, grainy, cardboard and hints stewed fruit. More ginger on the taste, buttery, biscuit base but quite thin.

Can split at the Level Six tasting, thanks to Tipple, 22/03/23. Extremely dark mahogany brown with a beige cap that dissipates to a swirl. Nose is dried fruits, cocoa powder, spice, earthy, raisins. Taste comprises chocolate biscuit, dark malts, charr, dried fruit rinds, cocoa powder. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close. Okay.

Can split at the Level Six tasting, thanks to Tipple, 22/03/23. Murky orange topped with a white cap that thins to a swirl. Nose is tangy citric sherbets, hop spice, orange zest, melon, dank chimes. Taste comprises ripe melon, pine resin, grapefruit, mango flesh, hop spice. Medium plus bodied, fine carbonation, semi drying close spliced with danko come resinous hop bitterness allied to a light boost. Not bad for a TIPA ... runs a little sweet but chuggable.

1/11/2024. Can bought at California Kitchen & Craft Pub, Seoul. Pours clear orange amber with a small frothy off-white head. Aroma is sweet ginger, crystallised stem ginger root chunks, biscuit edge. Quite sweet, light bitterness and tartness, but no ginger warmth. Moderate body, watery, soft carbonation. Sweet butter biscuit finish. Hoped for something a bit more exciting than this.
