From tap at Lawendowa 8, Gdansk, with UKM people 27.09.18. 2017 vintage. Clear pale yellow. White head. Aroma and taste of wild apples. Refreshing, but uncomplex. Dry mouthfeel.

750ml bottle with wired cork from eBrowarium. Sparkling, clear yellow colour, with a short-lived fizzy white foam head and aroma of fruity apple, melon, citric. Taste is tart fruity apple, green apple, some core and apple skin, and acidic, citric. Light bodied, spritzy carbonation, tart fruity finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottle at BenH. Massive thanks to the main man! It pours clear oily golden with a few bubbles on top. The aroma is sweet, oily, apple crumble, vanilla, heady sweetness and pear skin. The taste is intensely sweet, oily, sticky, massive apple pie with custard, tangy, apple skin, golden delicious, boozy heat, earth, tannin and pie crust with a slick, tangy finish. Medium body and slick, oily finish. Not much depth, but flavourful.

Taste is slightly tart apple, alitte caramel, vanilla and some drying citric notes. Medium bodied, medium to spritzy carbonation, dry fruity citric finish. Quite drinkable

330ml bottle from eBrowarium. Hazy golden colour, foamy white head that quickly dissipates away and aroma of mellow apple, vanilla. Taste is tart & sweetish apple, with apple core, hint of caramel, and some vanilla. Medium bodied, spritzy carbonation, dry tart & tangy finish. Quite drinkable
