YG 250124. Deep golden-copper color with no head. Aroma is apple, alcohol, sugar, ripe apple, toffee. Flavor is apples, alcohol, sugar, ripe apple, toffee, apple jam. Very nice.

Bottle @ home, courtesy of Gunfryd. Clear slightly brownish amber body without car-bonation. Aroma of ripe apple, cellar notes and hint of toffee. Taste is rather sweet with balancing acidity. Concentrated apple taste, apple marmalade, well camouflaged alcohol and a bit astringent after taste. Nice, but actually quite one-dimensional when getting past the intense first impression. Probably best with just a small class

Bottle, 375ml slim bottle. A crystal clear deep copper colored cider, oily and still. Really intense apple aroma, with hints of blue plums, some alcohol, apple jam and apple pie, and a light cellar-ish, spiced and woody touch. It's full-bodied, warming and oily, still and sticky-sweet, with lots and lots of apple flavor. Fresh apple, apple pie and apple jam, some apple peel too. Intense, everlasting finish. A delicious one indeed, not the most complex ice cider I've had, but really delicious. 240125

Bottle, 75cl. A hazy, golden colored cider with no carbonation, and just a thin layer of bubbles. The aroma is quite sweetish, apple driven, with a hint of grass, lemon and yeast and some generic citrus. It's quite tart on the palate, smoothly carbonated, medium bodied, with an apple driven flavor. Grass, lemon and a very light funk. Medium length finish. A nice one, but it feels a bit dull at first. Impressively fine considering the low ABV. 231216
