Bottle, 75cl, at Jæren Ølfestival. A clear one, golden in color, still, headless and lightly oily. The aroma is concentrated and intense, apple driven, with some apple cores, leaves, grass and a vague touch of caramel and apple pie. It’s full-bodied, warming and softly carbonated, with a good concentrated sweetness. Apple, apple pie, apple cores and some caramel hints. Grass, leaves and bark hints. Sweet, yet with a delicious acidity. Lasting finish. A delicious one indeed, blending sweetness and acidity in a very nice way. 220813

Vi avrunder en særdeles hyggelig gresk aften i kjellerstuen hos Bryne med denne 0,75 flasken: klar gylden med kortvarig skum. Herlig aroma og smak av Rød Aroma, saftig og akkurat passe syrlig. Hint av kanel?
