Small fizzy shortlasting head, cloudy light orangy color. Aroma is strange sour-ish fruity, overripe dusty apples, sorrel, minerals, winegum, yeast, apple peel, leafs, flowers, hay, hints of sulfur. Taste is dry sour-ish fruity, citrus acid, soda powder, sour unripe apples, leafs, apple peel, flowers, grass, yeast, minerals, bark. Medium to longlasting bitterness, dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.

Tåkete guloransje med bobler. Ser bra ut i glasset. Lukter modne søte epler med hint av bær og sitron. forfriskende med bobler. Smak av epler og noe syrlig bær/sitrus.

Spritziger, süßlich würziger Beginn. Trocken im Hintergrund, Apfel ist eher wenig erkennbar. Süß, langer Abgang, gut. 10/11/10/9/7/10
