Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, almost still cider, straw to pale golden in color. The aroma has a faint touch of yeast and sulphur, but it's mostly fresh apple juice, with some grassy hints and apple peel. It's medium to full-bodied, mellow and semi-dry, with a very light acidity. Even a little alcohol warmth. Apple juice driven flavor with fresh apple, apple core hints, some grass, a touch of lemon zest and some almost perfumed flowery hints. Still, the apple juice feeling is too dominating in this one, making it easy drinkable and quenching, but lacking on character and cider-ness. Sure not bad though. 211013

Bottle, 75cl corked. It's a clear one, pale straw in color, with a golden hue. Lively carbonation, no head. The aroma has a bit too much sulphur I think, but also lots of fresh apples, with a twis of red berries. I'd guess redcurrant, but it's actually gooseberries that are added to this cider. Gooseberry juice I guess. Grass, apple cores and some flowery notes too. It's medium to full-bodied, with a bit more carbonation than I'd prefer. Semi-dry and with a touch of alcohol warmth. The flavor has gooseberry but no red berries, along with lots of fresh apple, some apple cores and bark, grass, sweet overripe yellow apple and a light touch of tannins. Long finish that dries up the roof of the mouth. A decent one, but feels a bit young and rough in a way. 210918

Bottle, 75cl corked. A hazy pale red cider with a good carbonation. Some short-lived white bubbles. The aroma has a good dash of pleasant raspberry, with a backdrop of ripe green apple, grass and a hint of generic red berries. It's a bit effervescent on the palate, full-bodied and slightly warming, with a raspberry and apple flavor. The raspberry up front, apple in the back, with notes of grass, bark, and a faint touch of apple pie. Long finish with some buttery pie crust, fresh green apples and raspberry. A decent first encounter with this cidery. 210809

Bottle. More than less a clear, pale golden body under a short living, small white head. Mild aroma of apple and apple peel with hint of yeast and sulphites. Taste is light and refreshing, but pretty week on the apple flavor, slightly acidic and again hint of yeast and sulphites. Easy drinkable and fast forgotten.

Nice fizzy-creamy shortlasting head, clear light ruby color. Aroma is strange sour-ish fruity, grass, artificial red berries juice, apple peel, minerals, fruit stones, alcohol, apple cores, flowers, paint, sour apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, sorrel, apple cores, minerals, bark, alcohol, flowers, grass, unripe berries, fruit stones, hay, apple peel, sour unripe raspberries. Medium bitterness, slightly harsh sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, a bit boring...
