Fair enough.

Small fizzy shortlasting head, clear light reddish color. Aroma is dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, unripe raspberries, yeast, grass, alcohol, apple cores, hay. Taste is dry sour-ish grassy, apple peel, sorrel, minerals, alcohol, yeast, unripe raspberries, hay, leafs, apple cores. Medium bitterness, harsh sour-ish grassy mouthfeel. Not my cup of coffee.

Bottle, 75cl corked. It's a clear one, golden in color, with a few bubbles. No head. Fresh, apple aroma with some generic sour fruityness. Sort of grassy, herbal and spiced too. It's full-bodied, nicely carbonated and quite dry on the palate, with a light alcohol warmth. Apple juice, some apple cores and apple peel, sourness, almost lemony, with a faint cellar hint in the flavor. Dry apple driven flavor. Nothing particular going on, but very pleasant anyway. 230111
