Bottle, 75cl corked. At Dyrsku'n. Perhaps a bit too much overripe apple going on here, still nice though. Hints of cinnamon and cardamom. Apple pie. Some banana hints from the Rubinstep apples, when the cider warms up a bit. Not my favorite ice cider, but it's sure nice. 747414 250913

33cl bottle from Meny, Bø. Pours clear golden without a head. Fairly sweet with aroma of ripe apples. Mild acidic notes. Quite drinkable.

Pours clear amber with a pink head. Aroma has notes of apple, red berries and vanilla. Taste is medium sweet and light sour with a long red apple, vanilla and berry finish. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft.

Bottle, 75cl. A few bubbles form a kind of head, but rapidly diminishing into a rim of bubbles. Lightly hazy red body. Apple driven aroma with hints of berries. A bit too straigth forward I think. Some sulphur notes. It's dry on the palate, well carbonated, medium bodied. Apple, apple zest, red berries and a faint hint of sulphur and grass. A bit annoying suplhur in the swallow. A decent aperitif, with too much sulphur. 240627

Bottle. A clear deep golden colored cider, still, oily and headless. Super rich apple aroma with both fresh and overripe apple, a hint of grass and some alcohol. It's full bodied and lightly warning, oily and smooth, with a good dash of sugary sweetness. Apple and more apple in the flavor, with some alcohol and a spiced hint. Delicious indeed. 240615
