Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear candy red cider with some white bubbles on top. Dryish aro ma with apple juice, yeast hints and red berries. It's medium to full-bodied, semi-dry and nicely carbonated, with lots of berry flavors. Some apple and lemony hints. Tart, lemony, citrusy and berry-ish. Long finish. Not my favorite this one. KKYGGK 191122. Pale golden color with no head. Aroma is oak apple, alcohol. flavor is oak, apples, alcohol, vanilla, cellar notes, acidic, grass. Very nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. 2020 vintage. A few bubbles reach the top, but no head is formed, not even a rim of bubbles. Almost clear, slightly pale golden body. The aroma has a pleasant touch of oaked booze, with overripe apple, apple cellar, some grass and alcohol, a touch of apple jam and a vague hint of fresh oak. It's lightly warming on the palate, softly carbonated and with a light sweetness. Some acidity too, and mostly on the dry side, with rich apple flavors. Oak, grass, apple jam, birch sap, some flower notes, alcohol and tannins too. Medium lenght apple driven finish with a pleasant oaked hint and a good dash of cellar. Sure not bad this one, might be nice with some aged Jarlsberg or similar. 221119

0,75 flaske fra VP Nett, delt med Kitty: klar lys strågul med svakt rosa skjær. Svak aroma og lett perlende munnfølelse. Smaken er frisk med passe syre og en halvtørr avslutning. Kan ikke si at jeg synes stikkelsbærene tilfører noe til helhetsinntrykket, som dessverre er litt intetsigende.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A clear, almost still cider, straw to pale golden in color. The aroma has a faint touch of yeast and sulphur, but it's mostly fresh apple juice, with some grassy hints and apple peel. It's medium to full-bodied, mellow and semi-dry, with a very light acidity. Even a little alcohol warmth. Apple juice driven flavor with fresh apple, apple core hints, some grass, a touch of lemon zest and some almost perfumed flowery hints. Still, the apple juice feeling is too dominating in this one, making it easy drinkable and quenching, but lacking on character and cider-ness. Sure not bad though. 211013
