Taster. A lot of maple, some oak. Taste has more prominent oak, but maple is, of course, more intense. Pretty good.

Taster. A lot of oak, dark fruits, some chcocolate, complex. Taste is along the same lines, a lot of wood and dark fruits. Interesting. Good for what it is.

12 oz. can, pours jet black with a small tan head. Aroma is super rich and complex, with intense coffee, maple syrup, dark sugars in general, and rich roasted malt. Flavour is rich, with a wonderful marriage of the coffee and maple syrup β the sweetness from the syrup is cut down by the dark roast of the coffee β along with roasted malt and molasses. Not really getting the barrels, other than maybe a slight woodiness to it that dries things out. Complex, harmonious, and surprisingly easy to drink given what it is. Wonderful.

355mL can. Pours black with a beige head. Very rich maple syrup and coffee, some wood on the nose. The flavour has combined the maple syrup and coffee very well, the maple is dry enough to not be overpowering. The whiskey barrels are present, but definitely in the background of the maple and coffee. This is excellent.

Nice cinnamon, coconut, and American oak. Taste is along the same lines. Very nice job done on balancing adjuncts here. Good one!

Poured from the tap @ MBCC 2023 green session (finally adding my notes). Dark brown with very minimal beige head. Vanilla, feint coconut and cinnamon, mild bourbon, decent.
