Tap at 3 Locks, Camden. A bit hazy ruby red, thin white head, nonlasting. Nice and very tart blueberry nose with hints of sweetness. Milder puckery sour start, some mild sweetness and quite some vanilla. Tart finish. Mild aftertaste. Light and fresh, very lovely.

1/3 pint, draught at 3 Locks Taproom, shared with Finn. Filmy layer over a near-clear dark golden body, laces fine. Inviting on the nose with moments of resinous hops. Fine balanced taste of leafy hops, biscuit, and ripe citrus followed by resinous bitterness to the finish. Nice. (Camden, London 16.03.2024).

1/3 pint, draught at 3 Locks Taproom, shared with Finn. Black in the glass, fawn-coloured head leaving good lacing on the glass. Inviting roasted malts on the nose, scent of liquorice to it. Flavoured with choco-caramel, earth, and liquorice. Nicely roasted finish. Like it. (Camden, London 16.03.2024).

Fine blended taste of earth, black chocolate and coffee moments. Roasted bitter tail. Good drinking, a bit short though. (Camden, London 16.03.2024).

Keg at 3 Locks Brewery. Pours deep brown with beige to tan foam. Aroma: bread, toasted caramel, lager yeast. Taste: light to moderate sweet & bitter, light roast, bread, clean, towards dry on the palate. Light to medium body with soft carbonation. Decent.
