Can, 0.44l. Hazy golden pour, one finger soapy white head, short lasting, decent lacing on the glass. Nice on the nose, herbal and grassy notes, ripe tropical fruits, pineapple, candy.
Medium body, soft carbonation. Smooth mouthfeel and texture, soft and chewy, some stickiness to it. Goes down nicely. Bittersweet taste, nicely balanced, sweet at first with bitterness building up in the background. Aroma of caramel malt, candy, pineapple, ripe tropical fruits, citrus. Grassy and herbal notes, tea leaves. Light spice. Medium alcohol lingering in the background. Long lasting finish, dry, bitter, slightly boozy.
Quite tasty.

440ml can. Opalescent, orange, golden colour with lots of very tiny floaters and average, firm, frothy to creamy, moderately lasting and lacing, white head. Citrusy fruity and piney, hoppy aroma, pale and caramel malty background, notes of pineapple, orange, some grapefruit, mandarine, lemon, whiffs of liquorice. Taste is bitter, citrusy fruity and piney, slightly resinous hoppy, pale and caramel malty backbone, notes of lemon, some grapefruit, pineapple, orange, mandarine; lingering, bitter hoppy finish with a minimally mineral touch.
Oily texture, smooth and soft, minimally greasy, simultaneously dry palate, medium to fine, dense, creamy, mildly prickly carbonation.
Crisp, bitter, paradigmatically West Coast style - good.
