Can from Tavour. Pours translucent gold with a foamy white head that quickly laced down. Aroma of white peach, passion fruit and guava. Med body. Juicy, but fairly towards dry. Lightly bitter. Flavor matches the aroma plus a light herbaceousness. Lots of good flavor components, but not strong.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Number one with a bullet. Hazy pale gold color. Frothy white head leaves great lacing. Aroma of kiwi fruit, peach, passion fruit and grapefruit pith. Flavor is more passion fruit, peach, fresh lime juice and oranges. Fruity and dank. Peppery hops on backend. Tasty.

Another solid IPA for Roaring Table. Great hop combination, depth. Some old school C hops coupled with new school juicy. All around solid.

Can from Tavour: pours pale yellow with white head. Aroma is ricy, light grain, floral. Fairly dry with that sort of slight off taste that comes from the dryness of a rice lager being spiked with honey. Low bitterness. Pretty smooth. Fine.

Can from Tavour. Pours clear perry color. Aroma is bready/masa. Not getting much hop. Near med body. Drier than expected. Very lightly but slightly prickly bitter. Flavor is corn/masa with a light but adequate touch of grass/spice.

Small draft at O&B shows a brilliant straw body under a sudsy head. Giant pine and carry smell of Western hops, as described. Taste is practically all hop, but I'm a nice way. Lighter malts do keep the mouth feel light, inviting session enjoyment.

16oz can from Tavour. Clear golden pour, foamy white head fades away. Grainy, bready aroma, dough. Taste is biscuity before adding a sharp, fruity hoppiness. Light bitter bite lingers.

16 ounce can from Tavour. Bright medium gold pour. Puffy white head. Spotty lacing. Grainy malt aroma. Sweet grainy malt flavor has grassy, herbal notes. A hint of minerality on backend. Excellent balance and flavor. Nicely done.

Fresh Roaring IPA is always solid, this one is the best I've had in awhile though. Amarillo is booming, perhaps my preferred antidote to the boredom that is citra-mosaic....though in this case they are admittedly righteous. Layers, balance, depth, and clean and lovely as well. Really awesome IPA

Can from Tavour. Pours bright gold with a decent creamy white head. Aroma of crackers and grass/spice. Med body. Crisp/clean. Crackery. Well towards dry. Lots of spice in the grass/spice. Tingles a little. This is good stuff.
