16oz can. Wow. An intense, full bodied ale in 2026! Really nails it for the style, fleshes it out. Rich, full bodied. Great stuff.

Can from Tavour. Pours bright gold with a large transient white head. Light aroma of Jasmine. Medium body or nearly. Flavor is light jasmine and the rice is rather plainly present. It does have a slight honey note. But there is arguably enough bitter to balance. Not sure what the hop is. I guess I’ll call it floral. Quite dry in the finish. Interesting.

Aromas are rice lager with a hint of honey and some barnyard. Flavors are similar to but bolder than nose, losing the barnyard. On the sweet side with enough bitter and carbonation to balance. Drinkable and forgettable.

Aromas are bread, malt and hints of fruit. Flavors are similar to nose and a bit more sweet than bitter with decent carbonation and body. Good traditional helles.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brown with huge foamy tan head. Aroma is very smoky. Med body. Flavor is firm but not harsh smoke. Hints of caramel. But smoke is mostly everything here except for some malt. Excellent.

Can from Tavour. Pours dark brown with a moderate semi-persistent tan head. Aroma is dark malt roast with a light chocolate note. Med body or so. Malty but not very sweet. Almost enough bitterness to balance. Still pretty toasty tho. Flavor is roast, a little dark chocolate, and a hint of something else. Decent.

Can from Tavour. Pours brownish mahogany with a moderate tan head. Aroma of toffee and dark fruits. Med plus body. Not dry, but not sticky. Flavor starts with raisin and brown sugar. Gets a bit of plum. Nice drink, but needs a bit more body.

16oz can. Juicy as it gets. Dripping with hop tone. Clean, clear body, still has a little malt depth. Optimum IIPA, this would hold up anywhere. Big Strata and Mosaic. Serious lupulin action.
