Tap at Borefts. Clear pale straw with white head. Light floral, crisp grains, very light malt base because of the rice, a bit of citrus zest, dried flowers. Light sweet and sour, soft bitter finish. Over light bodied. Nice.

Tap at Borefts. Clear golden. Sweet crisp caramel malts, bitter weedy hops, light grapefruit, dried apricot. Just medium sweet, quite bitter. Crisp medium bodied. A lovely beer!

On tap at Borefts 2024. Clear pale gold colour lasting white head. Tasty beer. Lovely flavour. Some lemon some other citrus fruits. Easy drinking. Could sink several of these. Very decent.

A: lime, starfruit, kiwi, melon, wheat.
T: sourish kiwi, starfruit, wheat, bitter grapefruit.
F: bitter grapefruit peel, tart lime.
P: medium body, watery texture, average carbonation.
Balanced in itself but I'm missing a more 'logical' structure that connects all the dots.

Fantastically fruity funk. The barrels add tons of sweet fruitiness with hints of tannic and stone fruit. Thick apples and funk all over.
