750mL bottle, stout week line share, 2/18/24. Clear, bright platinum-peach. Large white head, slowly fades to edge. Big funk with delightful Brett and excellenty-extracted fruits in the nose. Juicy and without any acetic. Low oak. Clean, snappy, funky, bright. This fruit presentation reminds of Bokke in its sheer force of bright, fresh, bold, but not over-acidifed flavors. Medium-light body. Very drinkable, dry. I suppose a pinch more body/malt depth wouldn't hurt here, but this is pretty sublime.

75cl Bottle @ Whale Slaying With Ratebeer Odense, 2nd January Tasting, 2024. Pours hazy Golden with a White head. White Wine, funk, sesame and citrus. Dry and funky fresh finish. Delicious.
