Deep ruby body, with a small, slightly pink head. Lovely aroma of red wine, dark grapes, some overripe fruits, slight leather. Tastes similar, a bit more citric, with some almond and slight funk. A bit creamy mouthfeel, with a moderate carbonation. Finishes smooth, medium dry, a bit sour, wooden, vinous, with almond, dark fruits, slight funk. Beautiful! So elegant and balanced, the ABV is completely hidden. Loads of vinous notes, while the wild ale notes also come through a bit, lots of depth. Score: 9 / 4 / 9 / 4 / 17

2023 vintage. Orange body, with a small, off-white head. Lovely aroma with lots of cheesy funk and apricot, some straw. Tastes much more dry and acidic. Medium mouthfeel, with an average carbonation. Finishes dry, acidic, fruity, a bit funky, with straw, apricot. The nose is amazing, with beautiful rustic funk and ripe apricot notes. The taste is a bit disappointing though, much too acidic for me. Score: 9 / 4 / 7 / 3 / 15

Probably my last one on ratebeer.com... Hazy yellow colour with thin head. Loads of nectarine. Including the pit with a bit of bitterness. Also a lemony sourness.
