Tap at Valhalla Prague, thx Zhenya for sharing! Nice dry cherry and a fair bit of wood in the aroma. Lean dry taste, loads of wood over plenty of cherries, ending a bit astringent and tannic but lovely!

0,75l bottle at home. Bottled . yellow cloudy color, small white head. smells sherry, horse radish, earthy, very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes sherry, earthy, wood, spices, tannins, resin, old wood. finishes lightly dry and lightly sour with notes of old wood, sherry and oxidation notes. Very nice one, almost a tad too heavy on the wood. Very nice one

Bottle 75 cl. Pours a clear golden with a small, off-white head. Tart, farty acetobacter aroma. Medium body, mouthdryingly tart with some apricot notes in the deep. Complex and interesting - fair game for Lambic lovers. 261225

On tap at Valhalla Beer Club, pours a dark reddish brown with a large beige head. Aroma has a bunch of red wine grape must, earthiness, and oak. Flavour is a touch of acidic, with grape must, some earthiness, and acetone. A bit sharp but not too bad. Decent.

Huge funky nose right when opened but it disappeared quickly, nose of nutty oak and pine needles, flavor is light barn and farminess, juniper and black pepper. Delish! Wish it was more flavor packed but still super interesting and crisp tastiness.

Bottle share (Massive thanks for the share! ❤️) at Peders Barreled Souls TTO (02/08/2025) - Tart sour and funky with some citrusy lemony notes in play, hay and straw, nice acidity and carbonation, medium body, tart lingering finish. Lovely stuff.
