Bottle. Pours hazy reddish copper brown with airy beige head. Clear aroma of malt, caramel and tons of butter. Sour, red currantlike flavour with butter, bread and diacethylene and some occasional hoppy hiccups and yeasty yucks. Acutely acidic aftertaste. God, please tell this brewer that he should consider doing something else...

Bottle, 8.0%. Buttery aroma. Cloudy reddish brown colour. Stable frothy light brown head. The flavour is buttery. Strangely spicy. And strangely citric. A sort of sour berry citric note - not too bad at that, but the butter is not exactly enjoyable.

Bottle. Pours slightly hazy lightish copper brown with airy but stable off-white head. Clear aroma of yeast, with notes of butter, malt and caramel and touches of hops. Sourish flavour with bready and buttery notes and touches of yeast and caramel malt. Bitter aftertaste with acidic notes and estery touches. Tastes, well, somewhat infected. What went wrong?

Bottle, 7.3%. Weak fruity and caramelly aroma. Hazy dark copper colour. Big stable frothy off-white head. The flavour is quite caramelly, bordering on buttery. Medium to high bitterness. Quite citric finish.

ABV: 6.8%. Clear medium amber colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, light beige head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, sweet malt, sugar - muscovado sugar, anis seed, light chocolate, light to moderate yeasty, fruity yeast, candy yeast - sweet yeast. Flavor is moderate sweet and light bitter with a average duration, star anis, candy, caramel, orange peel, sweet yeast - candy yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium brown amber colour with a small to average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, toffee, sweet malt, light vanilla. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, toasted, caramel, sweet malt, caramelized malt, light toffee. Body is medium, texture is watery to oily, carbonation is soft. [20200317]
