Microbrasserie Les Funambules
Microbrewery in La Croix-de-la-Rochette, Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes, France 🇫🇷
Established in 2016
In August 2016, the Microbrasserie les Funambules was officially born and in February 2017 we released our first cuvées. We then brew on 5hL tanks with a production of 250hL per year. After three years of existence, success is there: the beers are popular and in demand. The production capacity quickly becomes limiting and the volumes produced do not allow us to live on it.
We are moving in July 2020 50m from the old brewery to a more spacious room with new tanks allowing us to produce more and better!

Oily-watery texture, smooth, minimally dry palate, medium, mildly prickly carbonation.

Bottle at the RBESG GT 2023 - huge thanks... Per I guess? Purple murky body, pinkish head. Minty aroma, grapes, wild, but fresh and pleasant. Oaky, creamy taste, light red grapes in presence definitely, ending light and dry. Tasty stuff overall!
