Bottle 50 cl. Pours an opaque black with a creamy, beige head. Unclean, tartish nose with a faint roastiness - ashtray. Medium body, some sweet chocolate notes, very faint roastiness and again these ashtray notes with a slight underlying tartness. A bit of a mess. 181124

Bottle, 5.9%. Roasted and acidic aroma. Dark brown colour. Seems clear. Good stable light brown head. The flavour is roasted with a hint of acid and a late liquorice note. Good mouthfeel.

--Sample, thanks fonefan! -- Clear mahogany colour, small head. Aroma of tart berries, spruce tips and caramel. Sweet with mid berry tartness and rounded mouthfeel. Evident sea buckthorn, some caramelly bread and lots of spruce tips. Mildly resinous bitter finish. Interesting beer.

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Ambery red colour with a small off-white head. Aroma is caramel, some tart fruits, mild toffee and some wooden tones. Flavour is very similar with the tart tones being slight stronger.
