Description
We opened the doors of our first location in West Kingston, RI in February of 2013. Three and a half years later we took the 20 minute trek north to Warwick, RI. Our new brewery is a 15,000 square foot beast with over 5x our West Kingston production capacity. This new facility features a 2,000 square foot barrel aging and wood cellar for sour and wild ales, as well as a 3,000 square foot tasting room and retail area complete with custom art installations, bar, furniture, and a small retro video arcade. In the spring, we plan on adding an outdoor patio to the lineup. Come on over, grab a beer, and say Hi! Cheers!

Tap pour into goblet. Appearance is opaque yellow with no sparkle, finger-width foamy white head with fair retention and lacing. Aroma is moderate citrus and fruit (stone?), nondescript light musky scent. Taste is fruit, citrus, lighter musky herbal. Palate is medium side of light-to-medium with smooth, thick texture, and finish as taste. Overall, good but loses points from being pretty nondescript.

16 ounce can. Hazy yellow gold color. Brief creamy white head. Bold citrus aroma hints at dank pine and green onion. Flavor follows the nose. Through in some fresh lime and passionfruit for good measure. Easy drinking for the 7% ABV. Crisp firm malty background. Tasty and famous.

Can, undated (about 2 weeks old), drunk 2/1/19.
Heavily hazy, rosy-tinted peach-mango-maize. White head atop is small, slowly receding to cover.
Peach, passion fruit, guava and other tropical fruits are plentiful, soft and juicy, though there's a touch of pine/scallion and light alcohol here, as well.
In the mouth it's soft, juicy, mostly on the dry side, though with plentiful malt for a soft/supple texture in concert with tight carbonation. Just a shade more pine/alcohol sharpness here than I'd prefer, but all of this tropical fruit juice is quite wonderful.

Pours a hazy gold from a tap, nearly opaque. Nice tropical fruit aroma, a little melon too. Similar flavor, juicy. A little thin and watery in the mouth. Pretty good beer.

They weren't joking with the coffee in this. Extra fresh Expresso roast. Dries the mouth and all over the nose . Tons of extra dark chocolate as well throughout but hard to see over the wall of coffee.
