(Keg at Oluthuone Haka, 20260307) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had earth, toffee and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, caramel, toffee, earth and bitterness. Aftertaste had malts, toffee and bitterness. Good.

Rapport fra plankekjøring nr. 1/26 på Melkebaren: uklar skittengul med fint skum som varer lenge. Tropiske frukter, citrusmarmelade, aprikoser og gule druer. Fin furunålsbitterhet i en myk og innsmigrende maltkropp, og med frisk syrlighet i avslutningen. Nr. 3 fra venstre.

440ml can from Vinmonopolet Langnes. A two-finger thick off-white head slowly fading over a hazy amber body, leaving lacing rings down the glassware. Promising on the nose with leafy hops and cereal malts. Fine blended taste of caramel malts and resinous hops followed by a bittersweet finish. Medium bodied. True to the style, more or less.
