750ml bottle from Broughton Bank Cider cellar. Clear golden colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of juicy apple, tart fruity. Taste is tart, apple, fleshy, floral, fruity, some core, and with malic acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Broughton Bank cellar. Pale yellow gold colour, thin bubbly rim and aroma of perry pear, fleshy, fruity. Taste is sweetish, dessert pear, fleshy, some core, floral notes and light drying acidity. Medium bodied, low carbonation, medium-dry peary finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is sweet and tart, vanilla, oak, apple, coconut, fruity, apricot, with some acidic sourrness and drying tannin. Oily mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, dry tart sour fruity finish. Quite drinkable.
