On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Gialla, leggermente opalescente, schiuma bianca media. Al naso sentori di frutta gialla, note citriche, bergamotto. In bocca è mediamente acida, fruttata, fresca, non male. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Andrebbe rifinita un po’ ma nel complesso non è male.

Tap at Ma Che. Malty nose, Belgian yeast spiciness, lemon, grapefruit. Sharp and dry, crisp, with nice bitterness and no extra nonsense spicing, nice and clean.

On tap at Luppolo Station in Rome-Italy. Cloudy yellow pour, medium-low white foam quite regular. Nose is pretty lactose and funky. Mouth: lemon, tart lime, grapefruit. A bit short although quite a good sipper. Astringency is moderately present.
