On tap at the source. Deep mahogany color with a decent sized big bubbled tan head that slowly dissipates. Bready caramel and light chocolate maltiness with bits of earthy hops and spicy yeasty esters. Nice dark saison.

On tap at the source. Opaque golden orange color with a good sized frothy white head that persists. Not so clean glass has bubbles along the sides. Rich stone and tropical fruits with a moderate amount of lactic and ascorbic tartness. Pretty nice.

On tap at the source. Pours a mostly clear medium gold color with a decent sized frothy white head that leaves stickies on the sides of the glass. Citrus and stone fruit with pine and some bready maltiness to counter. Nice IPA

Can pour from trade with Johnnnniee--thanks, John! It's an opaque black (dark brown at the bottom of the glass), no sparkle, ring of khaki head and no lacing. Aroma is strong toasted brown bread. Taste is caramel and roasted earthy malts. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, a straightforward dunkel with good strength of aroma and taste.

Can pour from the brewery. It's a cloudy, light brown-dark yellow with tons of sparkle, finger-width frothy white head with fair retention and nice lacing. Aroma is strong lemony citrus, candied sugar and tangerine. Taste is strong citrus (less well defined than aroma but some lemon and grapefruit) with late biscuit. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, lively-to-fizzy carbonation and finish as taste. Overall, pretty good all around but the carbonation is all wrong and colors the whole experience.

16 oz. can in a trade with tfontana grabbed at the brewery. Thanks T! Aroma has grapefruit, lemon, maybe grass. Flavor shows a respectable amount of citrus. Decent amount of juice in the texture. A very soft hint of herb in the finish. Nice drink.

32 oz. growler from the source carried home by Tom. Thanks bud! Aroma is bold grass, pine, malt. Spacegrass indeed, wow! Flavor has light fruit up front then turns into a harsh grassy pine finish. Bitterness is aggressive grass that lingers after the sip. Reminds me of hop pellets from the home brew supply store.

Growler pour from the brewery (3 days old). It's an opaque milky, light brown with no sparkle, finger-width foamy head with poor retention and light lacing. Aroma is strong vegetal, grassy, herbal. Taste follows aroma with some grainy malt balance. Mouthfeel is medium bodied with thick texture, average carbonation and finish as taste but lingering vegetal/piney bitterness. Overall, lives up to its grassy name but not totally digging it. Alcohol is covered well, but a bit too malty. Fair.

On tap at the source. Pours a hazy murky lemon yellow with a decent sized frothy white head that persists. Bitter earthy grassy nose with bits of citrus and tropical fruits. Up front the flavor is fruity hops but turns quickly into earthy bitter astringent phenols with a bit of higher alcohol. This one is rough.
