On cask. Pours with a hazed, deep golden to copper hued body with a lasting white head and good lace. Aromas are very hop forward, citrus, grapefruit, tamarind, grassy and spicy. Minimal bready malt character. Flavors are bitter and dry for an IPA from Golden Road. Grassy dry hop character, citrusy, and tangerine. Very nice hop character. Some bready malt to balance, thankfully not overly sweet or crystal laden. Low carbonation, dry and creamy cask conditioned mouthfeel. Very nice.

On tap and into a snifter. Pours with a hazed golden hued body with a white head that lasts. Aromas are a bit mellow, grainy, bready wheat characteristics, some honey, floral and vanilla notes. A bit spicy, very mild barrel. Some bubble gum and other esters. Muted hefe yeast esters and phenolics, not much barrel. Flavors of mild higher alcohols, grainy, wheat, bready. Light spicy barrel, floral honey. Honestly kind of bland. Lighter carbonation. A bit of a chalky character.

On tap. Pours with a clear brown body with a lasting, off-white to khaki head. Aromas are of brown sugar, nutty, mild esters, dry with light roast and a hint of smoke. Flavors are dry, brown sugar, earthy, nutty, smoke, tobacco, dry chocolate and nougat. Medium bubbles and quite dry for a brown ale. Sessionable. Nice.

On tap. Pours with a clear orange body with a lasting off-white head that leaves great lace. Aromas are malty, biscuity, sort of a goldfish cracker note. Lots of PNW american hops in the nose, citrusy and slightly overripe fruit (sort of columbusy or possibly centennial). Flavors are very sweet, bready and malty. A bit cheesecake like with mild diacetyl. Citrusy hops. Medium bubbles. Not my favorite.

On tap. Pours with a hazed golden hued body with a small tan head. Aromas are hoppy, juniper, pine, grassy and a bit exotic smelling. Some cinnamon, cardamom, brown sugar and weed. Flavors are tannic, spice, intense spiced bitterness (astringent) and quite dry. Brown sugar and cinnamon sugar. Super intense. I like the combo a little bit, but the intensity of spices is WAAAY overkill! Hard/nearly impossible to drink a 3oz taster. Light bubbles, very spicy and astringent. Love the combination, but damn there is too much spice!

Nitro tap. Pours with a black hue and a large and lasting, tan, nitro head. Aromas are pretty strong and assertive (pleasant on both counts) for your average nitro dry stout. Roast, coffee, espresso even, rich vanilla, baked bread. Flavors are a touch watery in comparison (yes I know, a 4.5% nitro dry stout...). Lightly acidic roast, bready, toasty and chocolate. Creamy and smooth. Typical nitro carbonation, light to medium body. Easy drinking.

On tap at the brewery. Pours with a hazy red to orange hued body and a large, thick, just off-white head that lasts and leaves great lace. Aromas are spicy, lightly hoppy, pine, resin and some esters, toasty/bready, a bit of caramel. Spiciness is almost phenol like. Flavors are fruity, lightly spicy, malty, estery, medium fruits, caramel. Easy to drink, smooth, medium bodied, medium to slightly medium-light carbonation.

On tap at the grand opening. Really an odd beer. Pours with a hazed golden-orange hue with a lasting off-white head. Aromas are lightly smokey, big bready and caramel malt notes. A bit of a citrus and floral hop character. Very different. Flavors are also very different than the norm (different, but not bad). Citrusy hop character, light caramel, wood/fire, smoke, biscuity malt profile (quite malty) and some alcohol notes. Medium to slightly fuller body. Not particularly dry. Medium bubbles. A unique and pretty tasty beer.
