Bottle, thanks Bierkrug! Cloudy orange, light carbonation, off-white lacing layer. Spicy aroma - clove, ginger, coriander. Very fullbodied and chewy, mellow mouthfeel. Bready base, salt, minerals, discrete banana and vanilla, layered with the spicyness - really great balance. Quite drinkable and moreish, good stuff.

(bottle) Cloudy, ruby brown colour with a big and dense tanned foamy head. Sourish berry-fruity aroma with a present wheaty touch, accompanied by notes of banana, chestnuts and mildly clovy spices. Slightly sour and sweet flavour, medium bodied with a moderate carbonation. Wheaty, slightly toasty and yeasty fruit-accented taste with nutty notes and calm phenolic spices; moderately sweet and mildly sour-fruity and wheaty finish. Decent Weizenbock. 04.XII.10

Bottle (gift from Bierkrug). Sweet banana, lemon, clove, and wheat malt aroma - very nice. Cloudy yellow-amber color wtih large off-white head. Sweet banana, moderately bitter clove, and wheat malt. Nice body. Very good weizen - a bit maltier and it would have been nearly perfect.

Hát azért ennél jobbra számítottam. Legalábbis különlegesebbre. Na mindegy. (2010) így 10 év távlatából a sörforradalom árnyékában már visszasírom az ijesfajta gyöngyszemeket (2020)

Aroma is moderate malty, caramel, wheat, moderate yeasty, banana, sweet banana. Flavor is moderate to heavy sweet with a average to long duration, sweet sugar, sweet banana. 50 cL bottle. Pours hazy dark brown with a small tan head. Aroma is dark malty, light wheaty and roasted. Mild citrusy, dark malty and bubblegum fruity to the dark breadish malt. Ends roasted malty.

Bottled. An unclear brown beer with a huge yellowish head. The aroma has notes of wheat, malt, caramel, and some banana. The flavor is sweet with notes of caramel, malt, wheat, and a bit banana, leading to a dry wheaty finish.
