Bottle, 75cl corked. It pours a clear straw body, some carbonation going on. The aroma has lots of apple storage, with unripe apples, grass and some ripe apples. It's medium to full bodied, rather sweet, with a pleasant carbonation. Quite sweet flavor with apple juice and some cellar. Grass and some alcohol, especially in the finish. Quite nice this one, although a bit sweet. 201004

Siste dag av Fridtjofens Hardangertokt aug-20, på vei mot Stavanger: en 0,75 flaske (fra produsenten) med den krevende champagnekorken. Klar strågylden med lett perlende munnfølelse. Fruktig, ren og elegant. Lang ettersmak med hint av pære. Smakte like godt på utskjenkingen hos den særdeles hyggelig produsenten øverst i lia. Glem prosecco, cava o.l., Hardangersider ruler big time!

Bottle shared with Holmen1 and JFE on board Fridtjofen 16.08.20. Clear pale straw colour. A little white head and lacing. Pure and refreshing aroma and taste of cider apples, apple zest and a hint of perry. Good and refreshing. Medium carbonatiob.

Nice fizzy shortlasting head, slightly cloudy golden color. Aroma is slightly dry and fresh fruity, sour apples, dried apples, hay, minerals, grass, apple peel, flowers, sorrel, yellow apples. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple cores, sour apples, sorrel, hay, minerals, flowers, apple peel, grass, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice.
