Dag tre på Gladmaten 2025, fra flaske: klar dyp gylden. Intens fruktighet preget av epler naturligvis, pluss hint av kanel og vanilje. Lang ettersmak. Litt honningaroma i tillegg.

Bottle, 375ml. Spiritous cork. Still, headless, oily, clear deep golden. Rich apple aroma, apple pie, apple jam, grass. Sugary sweet, lightly alcoholic. Sweet flavor, lots of apple. Full body, lightly warming, sweet, still, viscous. Lasting apple driven finish. Nice indeed, not super nice. A bit cloying perhaps.

Damn fine cider, great sashimi too. Always tastes fresher when the restaurant is on the harbor, even though I know it doesn't come from the harbor 😆

From bottle at Eple og humle at Matfestivalen with BHK 29.06.24. Pale and clear lime colour. Very dry. Aroma and crisp taste of slightly bitter cider apples. Good!!!!

From bottle at Eple og humle at Matfestivalen with Holmen1 and BHK 29.06.24. Pale lime colour. Persistent white head. Excellent aroma and taste of dry cider apples, apple zest and moderate bitterness. Very dry. Superb!

Fra flaske på Gladmatfestivalen juni-24: klar gylden uten skum. Enorm dybde og saftighet med intens eplesmak kombinert med innslag av bourbon, karamell og vanilje. Saftig salighet fra første stund.
