Sample at Gladmatfestivalen, Stavanger. Pale golden colour. Aroma of eating apples. Dry flavour of apples, does not taste as strong as it is, nice enough to drink, but there are many contenders in this field.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A mostly clear one, well carbonated, with a thin, firm, dense white head. Pale golden to straw in color. The aroma is dominated by fresh, lightly fermented apple juice, hints of yeast and sulphur. Apple cores, apple peal and a hint of pear and lemon juice. It's full-bodied, pleasantly carbonated and lightly acidic, with a very gentle alcohol warmth. Apple cores, apple peal and lots of apple juice in the flavor, with some notes of pear and melon. Lasting finish. Sure a delicous one, as usual from Kvestad. 240421
