YG 210424. Pale strw golden color with a small white head. Aroma is apple, yeast, sulphur. Flavor is apple, yeast, sulphur, apple, core, lemon. Nice cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. A mostly clear one, well carbonated, with a thin, firm, dense white head. Pale golden to straw in color. The aroma is dominated by fresh, lightly fermented apple juice, hints of yeast and sulphur. Apple cores, apple peal and a hint of pear and lemon juice. It's full-bodied, pleasantly carbonated and lightly acidic, with a very gentle alcohol warmth. Apple cores, apple peal and lots of apple juice in the flavor, with some notes of pear and melon. Lasting finish. Sure a delicous one, as usual from Kvestad. 240421

Bottle, 75cl corked. A well-sparkling faintly hazy pale yellow to straw colored cider with a thin, creamy, white head. The aroma is sweetish-fruity with a good promise of acidity. Apple and a good dash of pear, some alcohol and yeast and a touch of apple cores in the aroma. It's effervescent and dry on the palate, medium bodied and lightly warming, with an apple driven finish. Some pear and lemon juice like notes, alcohol, apple cores and a touch of bark. Long acidic finish where some fruity sweetness lurks in the back. Took me a couple of sips to appreciate this one, and it's perhaps a bit too straight forward, but sure a decent one. 240308
