Very nice and balanced cider Clear golden pour and a short lasting bubbly head Pleasant apple aroma. Ok intensity Mellow sweetness and a mild refreshing acidity Some carbonation, and it makes it feel good Nice apple flavor. Also mild citric. Not much of the typical yeast profile either [Bottle from a trade with ChrisOfstad]

Dag to på Malt&Humle Gladmaten -22, fra flaske: klar lys strågul med lett perlende munnfølelse.. Slank, ren og halvtørr med en lett astringerende avslutning som gjør den eminent anvendelig. Deres første cider produsert på kun én eplesort.
