Tap @ Blåveis. Clear golden body under a thin, fast disappearing white head. Aroma has yellow apple and green apple, some acidity. Taste is sweet and acidic apple, some tannins and slightly grassy. Fine body and refreshing aftertaste. Nice, quiet clean cider.

Bottle. Almost clear golden under a thin white head that fades quickly. Nice carbonation. Aroma and taste of fresh apples with hint of hay and fresh grass. Some fruity sweetness and mild, balancing acidity. Fine body and fresh in aftertaste. A well made and balanced, easy drinkable refreshing cider.

Taste is sweet sour-ish fruity, sweet concentrated apple juice, sour apples, apple peel, citrus, dried apples, flowers, apple cores, grass. Sweet sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Nice and way to easy drinking.

Nice bubbly-creamy mediumlasting head, clear light golden color. Aroma is slightly fresh fruity, yellow apples, grass, dried apples, flowers, apple peel, hay, minerals. Taste is slightly dry sour-ish fruity, apple peel, hay, leafs, unripe apples, apple winegum, flowers, sorrel, hints of citrus. Medium bitterness, slightly watery and dry sour-ish fruity mouthfeel. Fair enough, nice aroma.

Superficial sample from Gunnfryds ticker party. Clear golden, oily body under a disappearing small white head. Strong and nice apple aroma with some acidity. Almost intense in the nose. Taste is very sweet apple, almost sticky but also quite acidic. Feels a bit like apple candy marmalade with lemon. It’s pretty concentrated in apple flavor, kinda both too sweet and too acidic at the same time, not in balance but some kind of equalizing in taste. Best in smaller amounts.

Pours clear golden without a head. Aroma is light tart with notes of apples. Taste is heavy sweet and light to medium sour with a warm long apple finish. Body is full, texture is oily to sticky, no carbonation.

Bottle, 375cl. Cognac style cork, quadratic bottle. A crystal clear dark golden cider, still, oily and headless. Intense apple aroma with apple jam, apple pie hints, some apple cores, fruit sugar and a hint of resin. Lemon notes, some alcohol, flowers and even more concentrated apple. It's full-bodied, warming and lightly oily on the palate, non-carbonated and quite acidic. Apple jam, apple cores, fruity acidity, grass notes, sugar and a light herbal hint in the flavor. Concentrated apple finish. A really, really delicious one, sure competing with the best Canadian ice ciders, bringing back memories of the first time I had a Domaine Neige ice cider. 230412
