Draft pour into a shaker pint
Transparent amber to red with a finger of light tan head that settles nicely leaving some light stick lacing.
Aroma of yeasty bread, slight nuttiness, caramel, plum and earthy hops
Flavors match the aroma for the most part, grainy caramel malt leads into some stone fruit with an earthiness from the hops finishing.
Medium light body, medium carbonation, smooth and easy drinking with a relatively bitter finish.
Overall it's a nice red ale, could use a little more American flavor hops to really make it stand out but I could see myself coming back to this one again.

Taster pour on tap at Saratoga beer Summit. Lightly hazy golden yellow, thin cap of head, light lacing. Aroma, mild fruit and bitter hops, feed grain. Taste moderately strong lemon & orchard fruit, grain. Smooth texture, soft carbonation, finish as taste.

Taster pour from a can at Saratoga beer Summit. Opaque black, decent ring of head, light lacing. Aroma, strong, roasted earthy malt with a putrid element. Taste follows aroma. Smooth extra soft, carbonation, unpleasant finish. Did something happen to this can? Not enjoyable.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: rustic copper color with some transparency and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head.
Aroma: lemony to grassy hops with some clean bready/crackery malts
Flavor: light bitter and a stifled sweet through the combo of the prior noted aromas; finishes bready and some grassy hops
Texture: light bodied, sessionable, some smoothness but also some prickly carbonation felt (just not overbearing)
Overall: not a bad attempt at a German pilsener, I do believe I can see that with this. I'd come back to this.

Can to becher glass.
Appearance: burnt orange to copper color with two fingers of white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: citrusy, floral and tropical fruity hops play nicely with some light clean biscuity malts
Flavor: bitter to bittersweet blend of the prior noted aromas; finishes citrusy and tropical fruity
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable; some low carb, juicy smooth along the tongue
Overall: one of their better IPA's they have. It's worth banging again.

Appearance: sly hazy burnt yellow to almost orange color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: apricots and peachy hops up front, slight grassy hops in the middle, light clean malts
Flavor: melds the prior notes together in a sweet to slightly bittersweet tone with a light taste of bubblegum ever so slightly in there; finishes with the apricots and peaches
Texture: light to medium bodied, somewhat sessionable, slight smoothness but also a little bit of stickiness
Overall: maybe not a high end NEIPA I'd want to reach for and I'm not exactly sure if that bubblegum taste was intentional, it seemed odd and somewhat out of place-ish.

Aroma: caramel/toffee malts, light nuts, toast, sweet earthiness and biscuits
Flavor: wraps up the prior noted aromas nicely to blend semi-sweetly and toasty; mild aftertaste of nuts, toast and caramel tones
Texture: light to medium bodied; sessionable, semi-smooth along my tongue; finishes nutty, caramel, and biscuity
Overall: I guess it's an American red ale because I don't necessarily see it as an Irish red ale. I think I would come back to this and maybe see how it goes with some fish n' chips, we'll see what happens then.

Can to snifter.
Appearance: black color with a finger and a half's worth of dark tan foamy head. The head dissipated nicely to leave some light lace.
Aroma: huge amount of dark and milk chocolates; figs, dark bread, sly coffee roast
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas together roasty and sweet; mild aftertaste of the figs and milk chocolate
Texture: medium to full bodied; this is definitely a sipper! very dry and has some roast abrasiveness along my tongue; finishes dry, roasty and a ton of coffee and figs
Overall: not a bad imperial stout but I see why they named it what they did because if you don't drink enough water before or after this beer it will smack you like a freight train with it's dryness.

Aroma: roasty coffee tones, sweet grains, some nuts, dark chocolate and earthy qualities
Flavor: roasty and grainy sweet with an underscore of earthy vibes; mild aftertaste of light coffee, earthiness and nuts
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, semi-smooth on the tongue, finishes earthy and grainy
Overall: for the most part it works as a dark lager and one I might be willing to come back to.
