Shared bottle at board game evening at MB2 10.01.26. Served in coupe glasses. Clear pink colour. Some white head. Refreshing taste of fresh apples with hints of redcurrants. Very quaffable.

375 ml corked & caged clear bottle, from Vinmonopolet, Nettbutikken. ABV is 8.5%. Clear and very pale straw colour, pours vigorously sparkling with a large but shortlived white head. Moderate aroma of apples. Fizzy mouthfeel. Dry flavour, moderate notes of apples.

Bottle @ home. Clear dark golden body under big but fast disapearing foamy white head. Aroma of clean apple and apple core with a hint of wood. Taste is sweet, claen apple with balancing acidiy, some bitter apple core and hint of wood. Fine body and decent aftertaste. Nice, refreshing, balanced and elegeant no noncense cider.

YG 190324. Red color with off-white bubbles. Aroma is apples, red current, sourness. Flavor is apples, red current, alcohol, grass, acidic. OK cider.

Bottle, 75cl corked. An almost clear, well sparkling reddish colored beer with some off-white bubbles on top. A bit alcoholic aroma, with redcurrant, apple and apple spirits. Lightly grassy, with some dead yeast and sulphur notes. It's effervescent and quite dry on the palate, lightly warming, with mostly apple flavors. Some nice redcurrant flavors too, that rich berry touch and acidity. Some fruity sweetness too. Medium length finish. A decent one, but I think there's too little focus on the apples. 240319
