Thanks to Keen Massey for this one. Cloudy amber beer. Few tan bubbles for head. Crispy palate, minerals. Semi sweet malt with a little caramel. Very mild smoke. Semi dry finish. Not sure there are any hops here at all!

Deep golden colour with a small off white head. Light sweet caramel malty aroma. Medium body with a moderate sweetness and light bitterness. Slightly sweet caramel malty flavour. Hoped for a little bit more in this one. Just plain standard ok ale.

Bottle, 100cl. It pours an almost clear body, dark golden in color and with a small, off-white head. It’s rather butterscotch-ish on the nose, with a touch of nuts and toffee. Not very pleasant actually. It’s thin on the palate, quite flat, and with flavors of nuts, caramel and lots of butterscotch. Turns sort of cardboardy after a while. Certainly not a pleasant beer, wonder if it’s better straight from tap, completely fresh. 121110
