Half pour draft at Pathlight Brewing in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a clear copper golden with a small dirty white head. The aroma is big grapefruit citrus, peel and resin. The taste is the big Cascade hop character with the grapefruit taking center stage. The taste also has a nice malt backbone that balances with the hop, and accents the resin notes. The palate is medium bodied, active carbonation and the grapefruit bitter very dry finish. Nice one.

Full pour draft at Pathlight Brewing in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is a hazed yellow golden with a well formed foamy white head. The aroma is tangerine fruit and grapefruit peel, with a touch of cereal malt present as well. The taste is initially the bright, super fresh tangerine, closely followed by grapefruit bitterness and finishing cleanly with more of the tangerine. The palate is light bodied, unfiltered mouthfeel and clean crisp bitter citrus fruit finish. Super fresh and easy drinking, nice beer.

16 oz can purchased at Pathlight Brewing in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is an opaque black brown with a bit of amber and a one inch well formed and lasting light khaki head. The aroma is malt roast, a touch of char and soft pine. The taste is the roast, softly char, malt, straw, and pine towards the back. The palate is light to medium bodied with active carbonation and a clean dry roast char and pine finish. Really drinkable, great Irish Stout - right up my alley.

10 oz draft pour at Pathlight Brewing in Shawnee, Kansas. The pour is mostly clear brown, golden, burgundy with a minimal off white head. The aroma is sour, softly sweet cherry, black cherry fruit, and perhaps a hint of vanilla. The taste is brightly acidic sour cherry, a bit of lactic character, Brett yeast and finishes with more of the cherry sour. The palate is medium bodied with sparkly fine carbonation and the sour acidity to the finish. Nice sour brown.
