Draught @ Gideon Welles, Chicago (Sept 2023). Faintly cloudy copper-red with a small foamy beige head, medium carbonation, bitter caramel taste with faint tea aroma, long medium bitter finish. Interesting brew but I could not get the orange, melon etc.

Draft Teku glass at Pilot Project Brewing in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The pour is a deep brown black with a well formed 1/4 inch light tan head. The aroma is a soft rich roast, really engaging nose. The taste is a great mix of char roast malt, mineral earth and dry almost ashy finish. The palate is light bodied, natural carbonation and crisp clean dry mineral finish. This was lovely.

Aromas are mainly yeasty malt with a little bit of lime. Flavors are somewhat similar to nose, mezcal thing shows up nicely, good balance between bitter, sweet and tart. Body is a bit thin. Not bad not great.

16oz can. A pretty nice mix or fruit flavors. Bright kettle sour backdrop. Next door to Gose, dry. Nice flavor....like cheap candy...not sure of the appeal there. OK for what it is.
