750ml bottle pours a murky dark gold with plenty of frothy white head. Nose has malt and some yeast, green with green peppercorns and a Dupont thing, some washed out oak. Flavor is even more Dupont and saison, green stuff, malt, some dough. Dry but sour finish. Odd.

750ml bottle pours a translucent gold with a nice cap of white head. Nose has grains and grass, lemon, light wood, Really nice all around. Flavor has a really nice gristy and grainy character, yeast, bread dough, lemon, grass. The wood has added some really nice tannins. The body is very nice. You could easily drink this by yourself.

50cl bottle pours a cola brown, very little head. Nose is cola and coffee and brown sugar and carob. Some unroasted coffee cherries. Flavor has cherry and raisins and malt and coffee grounds. There's acid and I wonder if that's from the the coffee. Medium full bodied and dry.

16oz can pours a murky orange with some fluffy white head. Nose has malt and bread and honey and yeast and crackers and grist. There is a lovely floral note that lingers after the malt. Flavor is very malty and bready, buttery now too, honey, flowers, some raisin even. Full bodied, drinks big and malty. Heavier carb.

Half liter nitro pour at the brewery pours a rootbeer brown with plenty of creamy tan head. Nose has malt, cream soda, toast, nuts, some carob. Really inviting. Flavor is better, earthy with carob and soil, malt, some sweet tea, cocoa powder. Creamy, dry, roasty finish. Wow, very well executed. 8 5 9 5 17
