Opaque colour and steady beige head. Coffee, toasted malts, maple syrup in the nose. Medium-bodied. Coffeish, syrupy, toasted malts, sweetish. Quite light for its abv. Taproom.

Light grainy nose and small white head. Grassy neutral nose. Light-bodied. Crisp, grassy flavour. Light bitterness in the aftertaste. Tolerable. Taproom.

Pours murky mango into a shaker. White head with little retention recedes to skim surface. Coconut and pineapple aromas. Thick with sweet coconut and sour pineapple front to back. Lasting tart pineapple and earthy rind finish.

City Tap draught, 8/25/22. Turbid, grey-tinted, lemon juice. Small head. Cherry-orange as one would expect. Less mineral/white grape, though. Sparse malts, low yeast. Lime and cherry from the galaxy but no white wine, sulfur or mineral. Citra adds light orange juice in the background. Soft, chewy, maybe slightly under-extracted malts aided by oats or wheat. But the malt depth isn't there nor is this a great expression of either hop. Muted, muddled, a bit too piney on the end. Just not much flavor. No brightness.
