Description
Having fun making beer for all.

We started out life as a cuckoo brewery at the end of 2020 and throughout 2021.

We’ve now set up our own small batch independent brewery in Tollcross, Glasgow and continue to develop our core range alongside our one-off special seasonal range.

Bottle from Appellation Wines. Appearance - a fire like orange colour. The head is big and foamy and carbonation seems on the higher end of average. Nose - bread, dried orange and a touch of sweet spice. Taste - lemon zest and candied orange. Some sweet spice again. Palate - light bodied, nicely tangy with a dry and fairly persistent finish. Overall - yeah, good stuff. Some elements remind me of a Saison.

Dark beer, thin off white head. Smells of spirits and dried fruit. Flavour has dried fruit again, rum, malt, some chocolate. Lots of boozy warmth in the finish. Very decent, very punchy.
