We started out life as a cuckoo brewery at the end of 2020 and throughout 2021.
We’ve now set up our own small batch independent brewery in Tollcross, Glasgow and continue to develop our core range alongside our one-off special seasonal range.

Can from Lupe Pintos. Hazy pale golden body with a white head. Steady carbonation. Patchy lacing. Aroma of lemon, straw and cucumber. Flavour of lemon, mint and minerals. Thin body with a frothy mouthfeel. Very fizzy. This was fine but a little too sharp for me to love it.

Bottle from Appellation Wines.
Appearance - cloudy yellow to orange and cloudy. White head.
Nose - earth, bread, toffee and citrus. Not sure I get chanterelles or actually what I should be looking for in terms of chanterelles in beer form.
Taste - more of the same.
Palate - texture, light to medium bodied, tangy and zesty finish.
Overall - quite like this.
