Description
Nestled on the banks of the River Ness, Uile-bheist (Scottish Gaelic for ‘monster’ pronounced Ewl-uh-Vesht). Represents our founder’s lifelong ambition of producing the best artisan whisky and beer in the heart of Inverness, Scotland. Being the first Distillery to grace Inverness in over a century, the Uile-bheist dream was built on the desire to blend traditional techniques with innovative methods.

On tap at Uilebheist taproom, Inverness Wednesday 27th March 2024. Pours black with a beige head, toasty, roasty and a nice dose of liquorice. Soft mouthfeel, it's nice, just a little bit too cold. Another 3.4

On tap at Uilebheist taproom, Inverness Wednesday 27th March 2024. Pours cloudy yellow with a slim white head, a soft mouthfeel, bitterness builds, a little bit of pithiness, lemon. Nice.

On tap at Uilebheist taproom, Inverness Wednesday 27th March 2024. Pours light/mid amber, a steady resinous piney touch, dry'ish' and a little fruity. Clean and quite crisp. A nice beer.

Draft, half pint. @UilbeHeist Taproom, Inverness (Scotland). 03/08/2023 [#6.661 Global - #200 Scotland - #5 Uilebheist Distillery & Brewery] Pours dark brown with a lacing tan head. Aroma: roasted malts, dark chocolate and fudge. Taste: fudge and dark chocolate leading to a medium roast mouthfeel. Next one please!
