Keg at Cullach Taproom, Perth. pours clear golden yellow with a thick whte head. Nice tropical fruit aromas. Taste adds some citrus. Light bitter finish. Decent.

Keg at Cullach Taproom, Perth. Pours black with a thin tan head. Aromas of coffee , chocolate, coconut. Taste is more of the same. A bit thin on the finish.

Keg at Cullach, Perth. Pours hazy yellow gold with a thin white head. Aromas of lemon and spice. Taste clarifies the spice to clove, light dough. Lemon finish.

Sample courtesy of Grumbo via SHIG, cheers. Aroma is strong of pine, very pithy, grapefruit and citrus. Taste is piney and green with watered down tropical fruit.

Keg at BrewDoge Paddington, 12/06/23. 2022 Collabfest clawback ... just the 8 months later !!! Chestnut brown with a well presented beige head. Nose is fruit cake, biscuit, toffee, raisins, dried fruit esters. Taste comprises candied fruit peel, Belgian yeast esters, spice, herb, dates, figs, toffee. Medium bodied with bite, fine carbonation, semi drying close with a gentle buzz of alcohol. Solid Belgian strong.

330ml. can. @Koku Shi, Perth (Scotland). 31/07/2023 [#6.620 Global - #162 Scotland - #1 Cullach Brewing (My Scottish brewery #51)] Pours light hazed golden with a white head. Aroma: herbal hops, orange zest, fruity malts and candy. Taste: candied malts, pine and resin. Caramelly aftertaste. Balanced bitterness. Next one please!

Clear dark red/brown pour with a small head; aroams of apple, yeast, and white bread; flavours of apple, cocoa, so spice (cinnamon). Very nice, almost abbey style
