Draught Virtually black beer with a small dark cream head. Liquorice, shoepolish. Blue/black berries, cocoa, soilenrichener. Alcohol, probably Bourbon indeed, oak, more cocoapowder, liqueur. Utterly rich, voluptuous, thick, creamy, alcoholburn. Good, but there's better around (meaning: more complex).

Draught Small white head, fast disappearing over clear, pale golden beer. Mint - the foliage - hint of pineapple, hinting at refreshing acidity, citrus. Clear mojito flavours with mint, but also sweet herbs, demerara, pineapple, sour apples, hints of lime. Refreshing - in the way a mojito with lots of rum could be. Medium carbonation, quite slick. This is pretty genius, it IS beer, and tastes like mojito for all the world.

Clear dark brown to purple beer, small creamy beige head, stable, adhesive, leaving some lacing in the glass. Aroma: nice, very malty, caramel, grains, hay, cow fodder, very earthy. MF: ok carbon, medium body. Taste: good roast, caramel, earthy, a bit sweet, some ripe banana. Aftertaste: chocolate, nice roast, sweet, sugary, alcohol, nice stuff, very good!

Clear purple brown beer, small creamy beige head, pretty stable, non adhesive. Aroma: good roast up front, chocolate notes, caramel, some vanilla, sweet impression. MF: soft roast, alcohol, earthy, good deep roast, pretty bitter, dry, coffee grit, cocoa powder. Aftertaste: alcohol, roast, dry, spicy touch, decent. Not a lot of vanilla, not even that much chocolate, but ok.

Clear watery pale yellow beer, practically no head. Aroma: lots of mint, tooth paste, meh, very weird. MF: soft carbon, medium body. Taste: very sweet, sugary, minty, some lime, lemon, very sweet, more mint, not too bad of a drink but by no means does this qualify as a beer IMHO.
