Description
Lenton Lane began brewing in 2014 under the name Frontier, after taking over the brewing plant at the Flower Pot pub, Derby. Lenton Lane changed its name in 2016 and relocated to a purpose-built brewery in Nottingham using a 10-barrel plant.

Beers brewed with flavourful malts and plentiful amounts of good hops. Beers with character, brewed by award winning brewers, crafted for beer drinkers.

We're small enough for our beers to be brewed with taste and flavour - not cost as a bottom line. Big enough to deliver consistent, premium, quality cask and bottled real ales.

Cask at Lych Gate, Wolverhampton Pours almost jet black with a small beige head. The aroma was definitely chocolatey, but my nose wasnโ€™t working correctly (got a cold) โ€“ so there may have been more. In the mouth, the initial taste is mints and chocolate, but strangely this then turns into dark fruits. Finish is also fruity, with raspberries featuring. A bit strange all told.

Handpull cask at Broood@Vin Quatre, Leicester. Brownish gold and clwar with a large but quickly dissipating white head. Light aroma, where notes of gooseberry and grapefruit can be detected. Bittersweet taste with an influx of medicinal hop. Long astringent finish. Not impossible but it doesn't really work for me.
