Description
Two Flints was born from a fascination for all aspects of the Brewing Process. A Journey that began in 2017 in owner Alex Kerr's apartment in Singapore on a Homebrewing Kit.
Two Flints are a modern-focused, independent brewery nestled under a railway arch under Windsor Central Station. Can. Hazy orange gold beer, good bubbly pale cream colour head. Airy smooth palate, decent fine minerally carbonation on the back end. Very light pale malts, a very light but forward creamy sweetness. Light cooling pine, a mellow ripe savoury skunk. Good Riwaka exotics sitting nicely with the slightly ripe Nelson winey grape. A trace of hop spice on the airy finish. Splendid.
