Cloudy yellow gold with a bubbly / frothy white head with a stewed tropical fruit aroma, with a hint of funk. Softly fizzy with a juicy fruit flavour, a hop kick and a dry bittersweet finish

New brewery ✅️.
Pours hazy yellow with a rocky white head. Aroma: heavy citrus, dank hops and lemony malts. Taste: lemon and tropical fruits. Refreshing and crisp palate. Drinks well on this sunny day at Windsor.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 11th February 2025. Strongly hazy pale amber with shallow, yellowy white foam and full lacing. Zesty hoppiness in aroma. Lemon and grapefruit in-mouth and a pithy citrus finish. Full bodied with a smooth texture.

One-third pint, shared with Finn. Hazy golden body, tiny white head and fair lacing. Fresh taste of tropical and citric fruits, inviting. Citrus taste profile, lemony hops added by pineapple. Hop fruity ending, rather short. Decent thirst quencher. (London 10.02.2025).

Can. A light haze on this orange gold beer, small bubbly pale cream colour head. Light palate, mildly dry, a good fine minerally crispness. Inevitably thin malts, mildly sweet, does the job required for this brew. Crisp cooling pine hops into some delightful fresh orangey hop. Mild tropical fruits. Modern Mosaic almost undetectable here, whisper of candy fruits on the light crisp finish. A bright, clean and crisp affair that would be a great sunny day sessioner.

[Cask at the Greyfriar, Reading.] A cloudy amber pour with a tight white head; tropical fruit aroma with melon, mango and pineapple; quite lively in the mouth with melon and pineapple flavours and a fresh fruity bitterness; then a clean finish with more tropical fruit. Very moreish.
