Pours a mostly clear orange golden colour and a small off white head with good retention. Aroma's: typical triple, fruity, sweetish, yeasty. Lots of fruit retronasal, also some herbalish bitterness. Flavour is light moderate sweet with light bitterness. Medium bodied. Warming alcohol. Finishes moderate bitter. Decent triple, true to the style.

Can 330ml (Hoptimaal)
Golden colour, small white head. Citrusy and floral nose from Loral and Citra. Light-bodied. Pale malty, easy with some citrus, grape peels. Easy, I can't trace maple syrup but maybe it gives a bit odd fruity vibe.

Can. Color: Black, brown head. Aroma: Coffee, coffeebeans. Taste: A lot of espresso, some roasted malt, subtle of vanilla. Full body, below average carbonation. Smooth, creamy and very dense mouthfeel. Over moderate sweet and bitter. Boozy hints. Only subtle differenced from Vat '33 Baksteen. Long lasting dry-ish coffee finish. Very nice Imperial Stout.

Can. Color: Hazy pale golden, white head. Aroma: Citrus fruit, lemon. Taste: Hoppy, lemon, some lemon zest. Spicy black pepper notes coming in towards the finish and keep lingering around at the finish, which creates a nice contract with the fresh fruitiness. Just under medium body, average carbonation. Very light sour, light sweet and bitter. A bit thin but otherwise ok.

0.33 l bottle from 'Hoptimaal', best before April 2024. Hazy, golden amber with a medium large, frothy, slowly diminishing, white head. Sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, minimally fruity-floral aroma of clove, honey, banana and light sultanas. Quite sweet, malty, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly grassy and a bit fruity-floral taste of banana, clove, honey, some vanilla, light citrus and a touch of sultanas, followed by a medium long, gently bitter finish. Medium to full body, smooth and gently effervescent mouthfeel, soft carbonation. Solid Tripel, very classic and yeasty with a decent bitterness in the finish.
